Who We Are

pakplay.web.pk is an independent guide site. We are not PakPlay. We do not operate the platform, take bets, hold funds, process payments or have any access to user accounts. We cannot credit a balance, release a withdrawal, apply a bonus or reopen an account, and any message asking us to do so has to go to the operator instead.

What we do is document how the app works in plain English, with the local detail that generic review sites skip: rupee balances, the Rs 888 install reward, which studios actually supply the lobby, and the verification step that decides whether a payout clears.

How We Research These Guides

Every statement here comes from one of two places, and we say which:

1. Directly observed in the app. The rupee wallet, the Rs 888 download banner, the +3% deposit badge, the Hot/Slot/Mini Games/Cards tabs, the game titles and studio badges, the event cards and their advertised amounts, the invite screen with its 3% commission cap, and the support channels were all read off the app itself.
2. General mechanics of the category. How wagering requirements work, why game weighting matters, how identity verification gates a withdrawal, what a crash game's maths implies. These hold across operators and we present them as such, not as PakPlay-specific claims.

What We Cannot Verify

We want to be direct about the limits, because most sites in this space are not.

• The cashier. Payment methods, minimums and processing windows sit behind a registered account. We have not published a method list or a limits table, because we could not check one.
• Bonus terms. Wagering multipliers, expiry windows and weighting tables are inside the Promo tab and vary by campaign and tier. We explain the mechanics instead of inventing figures.
• Payout timings. We have not run withdrawals through the platform, so we publish no average payout time.
• Agent earnings. The app shows a ticker of top-performing agent commissions. We report that the ticker exists; we do not treat it as evidence of typical earnings, because no distribution is published.
• Licensing. We have not independently audited the operator's licence or corporate structure.

Where you see a number on this site, it is one the operator states publicly or one we read off the app. Where a number would be useful but we could not confirm it, you will find a sentence saying so and a pointer to the in-app screen that has the answer. That is a deliberate editorial choice: a confident, wrong figure is worse than an honest gap, because you would plan around it.

Two things follow, and we would rather you heard them from us:
